Good news!!!!

We received word this morning that our case was approved by the court and that we are actually going to be parents.  In the eyes of the Ethiopian government, this precious baby girl named Liremet is our daughter!!!!!  The only thing left for us to do is go get her!!  We are beyond excited…it is so surreal!  [...]

So our court date is tomorrow.  Well, actually it is tonight.  In a few hours.  Sometime while we are (hopefully) sleeping, an Ethiopian judge will decide if the baby in the pictures we have been staring at for the past two and a half months will become “ours”.  It’s a bit surreal really, kind of [...]
